Kitchin Buckwheat

How to use

Cook the buckwheat in a ratio of 2 parts water to 1 part buckwheat.
Bring the water to a boil, then add the buckwheat and reduce the heat to low.
Cover the pot and simmer for 15–20 minutes or until the buckwheat is tender.
Drain the buckwheat and serve.
