Cooking recommendation
Do not refreeze after defrosting. Consume within 3 days of defrosting. Packed in a protective atmosphere.
Defrost the product in the refrigerator before preparation.
Consume only cooked, after heat treatment: Heat a non-stick pan to a medium-high temperature or grill at a high temperature and press the product with a spatula*. Cook the burgers for 8 minutes (4 minutes on each side). *If necessary, use a piece of baking paper between the burger and the spatula to prevent sticking.
About the producer
Beyond Meat is a "different" company. Founded in 2009 by vegan lawyer Ethan Browne, the company has become the market leader for plant-based burgers similar to meat.
