This Spanish asparagus, in an amount of 450 g, is a spring vegetable perfect for preparing appetizers, soups, or main courses. Simply remove the fibrous stalk ends before cooking. It is delicious lightly boiled and served with melted butter or hollandaise sauce, or quickly grilled for a few minutes with white wine and butter.

Asparagus is a spring vegetable that can be used to prepare appetizers, soups and main courses.
Before preparation, the stems, which are more fibrous than the rest of the stalk, are removed.
Most often, asparagus is boiled a little and served with melted butter, hollandaise sauce or olive oil infused with garlic, aromatic herbs and lemon juice dressing. It can also be prepared on the grill for a few minutes, after which it is removed into a container with a lid, where we let it rest for a few minutes, together with spices and sprinkled with the appropriate dressing (it can be a little butter, white wine, a pinch of salt and a little pepper).
