The Szekely Falat story begins in the heart of Transylvania, in Gheorgheni, at the foot of the Harghita Mountains, in Harghita county, more than 10 years ago. Its products are the expression of respect for tradition, passion for authentic taste, and constant attention to quality.
In the production process, exclusively natural, carefully selected, superior quality ingredients are used, without added additives, preservatives, or colorants. Consumer safety and health are a priority, which is why only products without added additives, preservatives, or nitrites are manufactured, using traditional salting and smoking methods with hardwood sawdust.
Szekely Falat combines tradition with the present, building a vision based on authenticity and respect for clean ingredients, and aiming to preserve and pass on tradition in a field increasingly dominated by industrialized production.
