Mutti Peeled Tomatoes

The tomatoes are harvested at the end of the summer. Then, they are peeled with the help of steam in order to preserve their fresh taste and aroma. About the producer

Giovanni Mutti (1805-1894) is a farmer who used the sidereal system long before his time, which is still used today in exological agriculture. The influence of the sun and the moon on the cultivation of plants is taken into consideration. After many experiments, Giovanni managed to innovate by applying crop rotation techniques. This allowed the soil to regain its nutrients, while reducing the need for natural and chemical fertilizers. Crop rotation is an essential practice in agriculture, even today, demonstrating that old rural traditions are still the secret behind growing the best tomatoes.
