PINSA is a bakery product with extra virgin olive oil, made with sourdough, from a mixture of several flours: rice, soy, malted wheat, dry sourdough rye. The consistency is special: crispy dough on the outside and fluffy on the inside.
Store in a cool and dry place. After opening, reseal, store in the refrigerator and consume within 2 days.
Add ingredients to your liking on the dough and bake directly on the grill (without a tray), in a fan oven if possible, approx. 5-6 minutes at 200 °C. Grilling guarantees an even circulation of air, necessary to obtain a crispy and fragrant final result.
