This set contains 4 neon highlighters, with a flat body that is easy to hold, and ink that does not bleed through paper. The ingenious, beveled tip features a dual function of extra-wide highlighting of 4.6 mm and precision highlighting of 1.2 mm. The ink dries quickly, and the flat cap can stand upright on a desk. The body is flat, ideally designed for comfortable use and total control. The BIC highlighter has cheerful water-based ink, to give all notes a cheerful touch of color, and the ink will not bleed through most types of paper.
