This organic aromatic rice with round grains is ideal for risotto. It is also used for paella, rice salads or creamy, sweet rice specialities.
Preparation (for 4 people):
Fry a chopped onion in olive oil, add 250g of rice and steam for a while. Then add about 1l of water and boil for about 25-30 minutes
