Kitchin Arborio rice

For an authentic risotto, do not rinse the rice before cooking. At the beginning of the preparation, let it toast slightly together with the onion sautéed in a little quality oil, to intensify its flavor.

HOW TO USE
Heat the oil in a medium saucepan, add the finely chopped onion and sauté until golden. Add the rice and toast it gently. Pour water over the rice, using a ratio of 1.5 parts water to 1 part rice, then add a pinch of salt. If desired, incorporate the other ingredients. Bring to a boil, cover with a lid, and cook over low heat for 16–18 minutes.
