Ardo ECO Frozen Broccoli

Product from organic farming. Rapidly frozen product. To be cooked before consumption, either by boiling or in the microwave oven.

Cooking instructions

Boiling: Put the frozen vegetables in boiling water and bring back to a boil. Frozen vegetables should not be cooked for as long as fresh vegetables, as they are pre-cooked. Drain and season to taste.

In the microwave oven: Put the desired quantity of product in a heat-resistant container, cover and cook, stirring occasionally.

Storage conditions

Store at -18°C. Consume preferably before the end of the period mentioned on the packaging.
