Cooking instructions
Boiling:
Put the frozen vegetables in boiling water and bring back to a boil. Frozen vegetables do not need to be cooked as long as fresh ones, as they are pre-cooked. Drain and season to taste.
In the microwave oven:
Put the desired quantity of product in a heat-resistant container, cover and cook, stirring occasionally.
