BauckHof ECO Oatmeal, gluten-free

Bauckhof organic oat flour contains all components of whole grains and is certified gluten-free. Oats are naturally gluten-free. However, during cultivation, harvesting, transport, and processing, they often come into contact with gluten-containing cereal products and absorb gluten dust. For a safe and consistently gluten-free diet, small amounts of gluten contamination are sufficient to cause health problems. In our factory laboratory, each batch of oats is carefully examined for gluten. Organic oat flour is ideal for cakes, desserts, and bread. Cakes and bread made with oat flour will be fluffy and juicy. We recommend replacing 20% of the commonly used flour with oat flour. Oats are our favorite cereal here at Bauckhof Mühle. Not only because we want to make the world enthusiastic about organic and Demeter quality with our oat products, but also because oats grow well here in the region, are so versatile, and simply taste good. It's easy to do something good with oats. Ideal for gluten-free cooking, whether for cakes, pastries, muffins, or a fresh gluten-free bread. Organic oat flour is guaranteed gluten-free and has a fine nutty aroma, is delicious, and rich in fiber. The manufacturer recommends replacing 20% of regular flour with oat flour. This product is gluten-free. Each batch of gluten-free products is analyzed for the absence of gluten in the manufacturer's laboratory immediately after production. All gluten-free products are registered with the German Celiac Society. Other notes: GMO-free, no artificial flavors, no synthetic colors, no synthetic preservatives, no white sugar, purely plant-based, unsweetened, gluten-free.
