Ingredients: Magnesium oxide, calcium carbonate, potassium chloride, microcrystalline cellulose and polyvinylpyrrolidone (bulking agents), fatty acids, magnesium salts of fatty acids and talc (anti-caking agents), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and hydroxypropyl cellulose (glazing agents), cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3), titanium dioxide (colorant), pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6).
Method of administration: 1 tablet per day is recommended, after a meal.
Precautions: Daily consumption of over 250 mg of magnesium may have a laxative effect. People with kidney or heart conditions should consult a doctor before consuming potassium.
