Harvested in mid-September, this Prosecco stands out with a brilliant straw-yellow color, with green reflections, which adds visual freshness.
Olfactively, it offers fruity and intense aromas, and on the palate, it stands out with freshness, balance, and a persistent flavor, with a pleasant, slightly salty and mineral finish. The wine has a total acidity of 5.3 g/l and a pH of 3.27, thus balancing the fruity note with a fine structure.
