Pasqua 11 Minutes is the wine that summer evenings call for, its name referring to the time the grapes spend in contact with the skins, when, through pressing, the noble aromatic qualities of the varieties are extracted and the splendid pink hue is obtained.
The origins of the wine are half local, through the Corvina and Trebbiano di Lugana varieties, and half international, through the Syrah and Carmenère varieties. Corvina grapes lend floral notes to the wine, as well as a welcome acidity; Trebbiano grapes bring elegance and length to the aftertaste; Syrah grapes add fruity and spicy accents to the wine; and Carménère grapes are responsible for the wine's structure. We see how everything is carefully calculated for Pasqua 11 Minutes to pamper the senses of rosé lovers with its characteristic delicacy and splendid aromas, which fully open up when the wine is enjoyed as an aperitif, at an ideal temperature of 10-12 degrees Celsius.
