Description
Acacia Honey is a monofloral acacia honey variety, fragrant, natural, of superior quality, which bees obtain by collecting nectar and pollen predominantly from acacia flowers. It is a more transparent (almost white) colored honey compared to other types of bee honey.
It differentiates itself from other varieties of bee honey through its high amount of fructose, which is why it crystallizes slower and is very sweet.
Acacia honey is a raw and artisanal product sourced from an apiary in the Jijia Plain: Dobârceni commune, Botoșani county. Thus, the honey used is raw and not thermally processed to best preserve all its beneficial properties for our health.
