Polyfloral honey is of a superior quality and is considered to be a complex honey, as it is obtained from the nectar of several plant species. It has a stronger, more fragrant aroma than other types of honey.

At Tinerii Fermieri you will find honey in its natural state, unprocessed thermally, the honey being packaged manually in jars immediately after extracting the honey from the honeycombs, ensuring perfect humidity, favouring the crystallisation process.

Polyfloral honey is obtained from the nectar of several wild flowers and contains the active principles of several plants. That is why it is richer in vitamins and mineral salts and much more aromatic than monofloral honey. It contains vitamins from the B complex, vitamin C and K, organic acids and hormones, boron, iron, calcium, potassium and phosphorus, glucose and fructose.
Polyfloral honey has an intense, very sweet and fragrant taste. The colour of polyfloral honey is usually brown-reddish or amber shades, but it can vary depending on the predominant flowers: from bright yellow to dark brown.
Polyfloral honey crystallises, precisely because it is 100% natural. Honey that does not crystallise has an artificial sugar additive. In polyfloral honey, the crystallisation process is a natural one, therefore it does not affect the therapeutic qualities of the honey in any way.
