Preparation method

First, peel the lemons and orange, and peel the ginger (it's not necessary to completely remove the ginger skin if it's fresh).

Prepare a blender, put the peeled lemons, orange, and prepared ginger into it, and blend everything until smooth.

Strain the resulting mixture through a fine sieve or cheesecloth. Add the honey to the strained liquid and mix well.

Chef's tip

Consume 20–30 ml (approximately 2 tablespoons) every morning for optimal effect.
