BURGER PREPARATION
Cut the tomatoes into 16 slices. Peel the onion and cut it into thin rings. Fry the bacon on the hot grill over medium heat on both sides until golden and set aside.
From the meat, form 4 patties the size of the buns, salt and pepper them on both sides and brush them with melted butter. Place them on the hot grill over medium heat and cook for 3 minutes. Then flip the meat, brush it again with melted butter and cook for another 2 minutes. Then place a slice of cheese on each piece of meat and cook for another 1 minute. Place the cooked meat on a plate.
Cut the buns lengthwise and grill them cut-side down.
Chef's tip
Do not overcook the meat. Inside, it should remain red or at most pink, like a classic steak. Only then will the meat remain juicy.
