- 15 g Fresh dill bunch
- 1 pc Lemon piece (juice)
- 20 g Classic mustard 200g
- 1 pinch Fine iodized table salt
- 1 pinch Ground black pepper sachet

First, boil the eggs: Put water to boil in a small saucepan. When the water starts to boil, add the eggs and boil them for 10 minutes over medium heat. Then, remove the saucepan from the heat and immediately cool the eggs under a stream of cold water.

In a spacious bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, finely chopped dill, and mustard. Peel the cooled eggs, cut them into small pieces, and add them to the bowl. Mix everything well, season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice to taste, then serve.
Chef's tip
Serve the egg spread on slices of toasted whole wheat bread, garnished with a few fresh dill leaves and slices of radishes or cucumbers.
