  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of coriander seeds
  • A little pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 pcs. ripe avocado
  • 150g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon of sour cream
  • 1 peeled garlic clove
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • 1/2 red chili pepper

Preparation

    Cut the tomatoes and remove the hard cores and seeds. Finely chop the tomato pulp. Grate the garlic or finely chop it. Cut the chili pepper, remove the seeds, and finely chop it.

    Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop out the pulp with a spoon and dice it. Place the diced avocado in a bowl and mash half of it with a fork.

    Add the oil, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic, chili pepper, and coriander. Finally, mix in the sliced tomatoes. Add salt and pepper to taste, mix, and chill slightly in the refrigerator.

    You can mash the entire avocado with a fork. In this case, the paste will have a finer texture. You can add a teaspoon of Dijon mustard to this paste. Serve with nachos.
