  • 8 pcs of seasonal fruits (apples, pears, oranges, bananas)
  • 150 ml of fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of wildflower honey
  • 50 g of walnuts and hazelnuts

Prepare the fruits: wash, peel, and cut the seasonal fruits (apples, pears, oranges, bananas) into bite-sized pieces. Place them in a spacious bowl.

Add the flavors: pour the lemon juice over the fruits to prevent oxidation and add the wildflower honey. Mix gently to combine the flavors.

Finishing: sprinkle the coarsely chopped walnuts and hazelnuts on top. Serve immediately for maximum freshness.

Chef's tip

For an extra touch of flavor, you can add a little fresh mint or a pinch of cinnamon.
