O salată de cușcuș proaspătă și hrănitoare, perfectă pentru un prânz rapid la birou sau o cină ușoară. Combinația de cușcuș integral, brânză feta cremoasă și legume crocante oferă un echilibru ideal de texturi și arome, totul fiind gata în doar 15 minute.

- 60 g whole wheat couscous
- 5 g extra virgin olive oil
- 50 g canned sweet corn
- 50 g canned white beans
- 40 g feta cheese
- 30 g Edam cheese 30% fat
- 100 g fresh Fabio cucumber
- 100 g plum cherry tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon Herbs de Provence
- 1 pinch fine iodized salt
In a bowl or a lunchbox, mix the couscous with a pinch of salt, Herbs de Provence, and olive oil. Pour hot water over the couscous (approximately 1:1 or according to package instructions).
Cover and let it hydrate for about 3-5 minutes, until the water is completely absorbed.
Add the corn, beans, diced feta cheese, grated Edam cheese, and finely chopped fresh vegetables on top. Mix gently before serving.
Chef's tip
For extra freshness, you can add a little lemon juice or fresh mint. This salad can even be prepared at the office, requiring only a water kettle.
