Preparing the dressing

Assembling the salad

Cut the cheddar cheese into cubes of approximately 1 cm. Cut the smoked Edam cheese into thin strips of 3 mm. Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into larger pieces.

In a large bowl, mix the green salad mix with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
