Preparing the dressing

In a small bowl, thoroughly mix the honey, balsamic vinegar, and extra virgin olive oil using a whisk until the mixture becomes homogeneous.

Assembling the salad

Cut the cheddar cheese into cubes of approximately 1 cm. Cut the smoked Edam cheese into thin strips of 3 mm. Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into larger pieces.

In a large bowl, mix the green salad mix with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Chef's tip

Use a small whisk to perfectly emulsify the dressing.
