- 20 g of salmon
- 1 g of wasabi
- 1 g of soy sauce
- 1 g of pickled ginger
Instructions
- 1Choose the salmon, then slice it thinly along the grain.
- 2Take a portion of rice in your right palm. Take a little wasabi paste with your index finger and rub it on the fish. Place the fish slice on top of the rice portion.
- 3Dip the salmon nigiri in soy sauce flavored with wasabi paste and add pickled ginger.
