Preparation method

Wash the kale leaves thoroughly and remove the tough stems. Cut or tear them into smaller, bite-sized pieces.

In a large bowl, mix the olive oil with salt and pepper.

Coat the washed and well-dried kale pieces with the flavored oil and arrange them on a baking tray, making sure they don't overlap.
