  • 1 pc of mozzarella
  • 10 pcs of basil leaves
  • 30 g of olive oil
  • 10 ml of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 g of salt
  • 1 g of ground black pepper

Instructions

    Slice the tomatoes.

    Slice the Mozzarella or tear it into pieces.

    Arrange alternating slices of tomatoes and pieces of Mozzarella on a plate. Add finely chopped basil leaves.
