  • 50 g of red onion
  • 400 g of full-fat cottage cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of sweet paprika
  • 1 pinch of ground black pepper
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

    Finely chop the red onion. Core and deseed the bell pepper, then cut it into very small cubes.

    In a large bowl, mix the cottage cheese with the onion, bell pepper, and sweet paprika until smooth.

    Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve the spread on fresh or toasted bread slices.
