- 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- 200 ml of sunflower oil
- 1 pinch of iodized table salt

Mix the mustard and balsamic vinegar in a tall, narrow container. Use an immersion blender to gently homogenize the mixture.

While continuously mixing at low speed, pour in the oil in a thin stream until you obtain a fine and creamy emulsion. Finally, add the salt, mix well, and let the sauce chill in the refrigerator before serving.
Chef's tip
For a more intense flavor, you can add a crushed garlic clove or a little honey if you prefer a sweet and sour taste.
