O salată grecească reinterpretată, perfectă pentru un prânz hrănitor și rapid. Pieptul de pui suculent, rumenit la cuptor cu boia afumată și ierburi aromatice, se îmbină ideal cu prospețimea legumelor și cremozitatea dresingului de iaurt cu mărar. Preparing the chicken

Preheat the oven to 195⁠–⁠200 °C and prepare an oven-safe pan.

Wash the chicken breast and place it in a large bowl. Add the smoked paprika, garlic powder, dried oregano, 2 tablespoons of oil, salt, and pepper, then mix well. Heat the pan over high heat and brown the chicken for 3 minutes on each side. Transfer the pan to the preheated oven and bake for 9⁠–⁠10 minutes.

Preparing the vegetables and dressing

Meanwhile, prepare the vegetables: slice the red onion into thin rounds, halve the cherry tomatoes, dice the cucumber and feta cheese, and cut the romaine lettuce into thin strips. Mix them all in a large bowl.
