Preparation method
Place the eggs in a small saucepan, cover with cold water, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 8-10 minutes until hard-boiled. After boiling, cool them under cold running water, peel, and grate them using a large grater.
Meanwhile, peel the celery and grate it using a small grater. Wash the apple and grate it using a large grater (with the skin on).
In a medium bowl, mix the grated celery, apple, eggs, cream cheese, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice. Mix the composition well until smooth.
Chef's tip
We recommend serving this spread on sourdough bread slices or whole wheat bread. For extra freshness, garnish with finely chopped green onions or chives.
