- 200 g of fresh strawberries
- 200 g of plain cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons of liquid wildflower honey

Clean the strawberries, remove the stems, and place them in a blender along with the cottage cheese and honey. Blend everything until the mixture becomes smooth and homogeneous.

Pour the mixture into an airtight container and place it in the freezer for at least 3 hours.

After the time has passed, remove the ice cream from the freezer and consume it immediately (this ice cream is not recommended for long-term storage, as its texture may change).
Chef's tip
Instead of strawberries, you can also use other fruits – try bananas, blueberries, or raspberries for different flavor variations.
