- 6 pcs apricots
- 2 teaspoons cane sugar
- 20 ml lime juice
- 10 g fresh mint
- 200 ml mineral water
- 30 g ice

Pit the apricots, cut them in half, and place them in a blender with one tablespoon of water. Blend until you get a puree – if you want an extra fine texture, you can pass the mixture through a fine sieve. In each glass, add: lime juice, a few lime slices, one teaspoon of cane sugar, and mint leaves. Muddle the mixture well to release the flavors. Put 3 teaspoons of apricot puree in each glass, add ice cubes, then pour in sparkling mineral water. Add a straw and mix everything well. 🍹 Want an alcoholic version? Add a little white rum and enjoy!
