Start by preparing the fruit: slice one banana and place it in the freezer along with the strawberries for at least 2 hours (or use already frozen fruit).

Place the frozen banana, strawberries, and Greek yogurt into a high-power blender. Blend until you get a smooth and creamy consistency. If the mixture is too thick, you can add 1-2 tablespoons of milk or water to thin the texture.

Assembly and Serving

Pour the prepared smoothie into two large bowls.
