Preparation method

Place the pineapple slices on the hot grill and cook them on both sides until the sugar caramelizes and turns a beautiful golden-brown color.

Chef's tip

For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of cinnamon to the brown sugar before coating the pineapple slices. Serve immediately while the pineapple is still hot!
