Cottage Cheese Tart

Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

Place all dough ingredients in a bowl and mix until you get a homogeneous and compact mixture. Line a cake pan with baking paper and spread the dough evenly on the bottom of the pan, pressing with your fingers. Set the pan aside.

Whip the whipping cream until stiff. In another bowl, mix the rest of the filling ingredients, then gently fold in the whipped cream, using a spatula, with upward motions. Pour the filling evenly over the dough in the pan.
