Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons of traditional oat flakes
- 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
- 4 tablespoons of Greek or creamy yogurt
- 100 ml of cow's milk
- 1 tablespoon of raspberry jam
- 1 handful of frozen raspberries
- a few drops of vanilla essence
- 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- ½ banana sliced
Instructions
- 1In a jar or glass container, add the oat flakes, chia seeds, and dry ingredients specific to the chosen variation (cocoa, if opting for the chocolate version).
- 2Pour in the yogurt, milk, and the rest of the liquid ingredients (vanilla essence or honey). Close the jar hermetically and shake it well to homogenize the mixture. This will be the base of the pudding.
- 3Add the fruits (raspberries or banana slices) and stir gently with a long spoon. Close the jar again and leave it in the refrigerator overnight (or at least 4 hours). The flakes and chia seeds will absorb the liquid, and the mixture will become creamy.
- 4In the morning, take the jar out of the refrigerator and enjoy the cold pudding directly from the jar or transfer it to a bowl and add additional fresh fruit. The pudding can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
