In a saucepan, place the Jasmine rice, add the sugar and 350 ml of coconut milk.

Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to minimum. Cook until the rice is soft, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking to the bottom of the pan.

As the rice cooks, gradually pour in the remaining coconut milk until you achieve a creamy consistency.
