PREPARING THE DOUGH
Chop the walnuts into small pieces (not too fine) and lightly toast them in a dry pan, without oil, until fragrant.
Prepare a 15-muffin tray and place a paper liner in each mold. Place a whole Oreo cookie at the bottom of each liner (you will use 15 pieces in total).
In a small saucepan, heat 180 ml of water with the butter until it melts completely. Add the cocoa powder and mix well until smooth.
Chef's tip
For a professional look, you can save a few larger pieces of Oreo cookies to sprinkle on top of the cream just before serving.
If you want a more intense chocolate flavor, you can also add a few dark chocolate chips to the dough.
