Preparation method

Prepare two baking trays and cover them with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 180°C with the fan function activated.

Finely chop the candied orange peel. In a large bowl, mix the flour with the polenta (cornmeal), brown sugar, and a pinch of salt.

Add the softened butter and knead until the mixture becomes homogeneous, then incorporate the orange peel pieces.

Chef's tip

For an even more intense flavor, you can also add a little freshly grated organic orange zest to the dough.
