Ingredients

  • 150 g of superior white wheat flour 000
  • 140 g of powdered sugar
  • 20 g of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pc of lemon zest
  • 1 pc of vanilla essence
  • 40 g of vanilla pudding powder
  • 100 g of soft butter
  • 1 pc of eggs
  • 500 g of cow cheese
  • 180 g of sour cream

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 180°C.

    Place all crust ingredients in a food processor bowl and mix until the mixture becomes viscous. Place the crust in a pan, on baking paper, and spread it evenly with your fingers. Then set it aside.

    Mix gently until incorporated. Mix all other ingredients in a bowl, then gradually add the sour cream, using a spatula. Pour the mixture evenly into the pan, over the crust.

    4. Place in the preheated oven and bake for 45 minutes. The surface of the cake should be golden brown and springy when pressed with fingers. Let it cool and serve with powdered sugar on top.

    Grate only the yellow part of the lemon zest. The white part is bitter.
