Ingredients

  • 200 g tofu
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon plant-based milk (oat or soy)
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric (for color)
  • 2 slices of bread for serving
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

    Crumble the tofu with your fingers into small pieces.

    Heat the oil in a pan, add the tofu and cook for 3–4 minutes.

    Stir in the plant-based milk, nutritional yeast, and turmeric, season to taste.

    Cook for another 2–3 minutes until creamy.

    Toast the bread and serve the tofu scramble on top.
