Ingredients
- 200 g tofu
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon plant-based milk (oat or soy)
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
- ¼ teaspoon turmeric (for color)
- 2 slices of bread for serving
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1Crumble the tofu with your fingers into small pieces.
- 2Heat the oil in a pan, add the tofu and cook for 3–4 minutes.
- 3Stir in the plant-based milk, nutritional yeast, and turmeric, season to taste.
- 4Cook for another 2–3 minutes until creamy.
- 5Toast the bread and serve the tofu scramble on top.
