Acești mini cheeseburgeri sunt perfecți pentru orice petrecere sau o cină rapidă și delicioasă. Combinația de carne de vită suculentă, brânză cheddar topită și sos BBQ aromat, totul într-o chiflă brioche pufoasă, va fi cu siguranță pe placul tuturor.   • 180 g of mini brioche burger buns
  • 480 g of mini beef burgers
  • 100 g of sliced cheddar cheese
  • 50 g of romaine lettuce
  • 150 g of fresh tomatoes
  • 60 ml of BBQ barbecue sauce

Preparing the meat

Place the meat on the hot grill or in a well-heated pan for about 3-4 minutes on each side. In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese over each mini burger. Cover with a lid and leave for another 1-2 minutes until the cheese melts beautifully.

Assembling the burgers

Cut the mini brioche buns in half and spread them with BBQ sauce to taste. On the bottom half of the bun, place a romaine lettuce leaf, then the meat with the melted cheese and a slice of fresh tomato. Cover with the other half of the bun and secure, if necessary, with a decorative toothpick.

Chef's tip

If you want crispier buns, you can lightly toast them on the cut side in the same pan you cooked the meat in, before assembly.
