- 150 g of couscous
- 450 g of salmon
- 10 g of fresh mint
- 5 g of dried basil
- 10 g of fresh parsley
- 70 ml of cooking cream
- 10 g of lemon (juice)
- 5 g of salt
- 5 g of ground black pepper

First, preheat the oven to 180–185 °C and prepare a baking dish (20 cm × 30 cm).

Prepare the couscous according to the package instructions. Once ready, add the mint, parsley, lemon zest and juice, basil, cream, salt, and pepper, mix well, and transfer everything to the baking dish. Place the salmon fillets skin-side up over the couscous, put the dish into the preheated oven, and bake for 15–17 minutes at 180–185 °C.

You can add a lemon slice to each serving or sprinkle them with any coarsely chopped fresh herbs.
