- 300 g fresh salmon fillet
- 10 g clarified butter (ghee)
- 250 g white cooking potatoes
- 100 g red cherry tomatoes
- 1 pc fresh green onion
- 60 g mixed green salad baby spinach arugula
- 10 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 1 pc fresh lemon
- 1 pinch iodized table salt
Start by boiling the potatoes in salted water until they become soft. Meanwhile, prepare the salad by mixing the green leaves with halved cherry tomatoes and drizzle everything with extra virgin olive oil.
Melt the clarified butter (ghee) in a hot pan. Season the salmon fillet with salt and place it in the pan. Fry it on both sides until it gets a golden crust, then cover the pan with a lid for a few minutes to ensure the fish is cooked evenly and remains juicy.
Place the salmon on a plate and drizzle it with fresh lemon juice. Serve alongside the boiled potatoes sprinkled with finely chopped green onion and the fresh salad. Enjoy your meal!
Chef's tip
For extra flavor, you can add a little fresh dill over the boiled potatoes.
