Ingredients overview
- 250 g of Butter chicken sauce (or Tikka Masala)
- 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil
- 250 g of skinless chicken breast
- 1 handful of fresh coriander
- 50 ml of 32% whipping cream
- 200 g of white basmati rice
- 2 pieces of Naan bread
Preparing the chicken
Cut 250 g of chicken breast into suitable cubes. Heat 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil in a spacious pan and fry the chicken until golden on all sides.
Cooking the sauce
Add the Butter chicken sauce over the browned chicken. Let everything simmer over medium heat for 6-7 minutes, until the chicken is thoroughly cooked and the sauce has thickened nicely.
Serving
Serve the dish hot, garnished with fresh chopped coriander and a drizzle of whipping cream. Accompany with cooked basmati rice and warm naan bread.
Chef's tip
For extra flavor, you can add a small cube of butter to the sauce at the end. Serve with naan bread lightly warmed in a pan or oven.
