Preparation method
In a medium-sized bowl, mix the cream cheese with the lemon juice. Peel the garlic, crush it, and add it to the cheese mixture. Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Place the 3 tortilla wraps on the work surface and spread them evenly with the previously prepared cheese mixture.
Distribute the ham slices in the center of each tortilla, covering as much surface as possible without excessive overlapping. Spread the baby spinach leaves over the ham. Leave a margin of approximately 1-2 cm on one side of each tortilla, spread only with cream cheese (without ham or spinach) to help seal the roll.
Chef's tip
For a crispy texture, you can add very thin strips of red bell pepper or grated carrot inside the rolls.
