Preheat the oven to 190 °C and line a baking tray with baking paper. Roll out the puff pastry into a sheet of approximately 20 cm x 30 cm (if using pre-rolled dough, skip this step).

Peel the garlic and crush it in a small bowl. Peel the onion, chop it finely, and add it to the bowl along with the herbs de Provence, freshly chopped basil, ketchup, and peeled tomatoes (previously chopped). Mix well and spread the mixture over the entire surface of the dough using the back of a spoon.

Place the sliced Edam cheese over the sauce, then add the sliced chicken ham. Roll the dough tightly lengthwise and cut it into 15 equal pieces using a serrated knife.
