In a large bowl, mix the flour with the cold butter cut into cubes, milk, one egg yolk, salt, finely grated Parmesan, and baking powder. Knead quickly until you obtain a homogeneous dough. Wrap the dough in cling film and leave it in the refrigerator for approximately one hour.

Shaping and baking the snacks

After the dough has rested, take it out of the refrigerator and let it sit for a few minutes at room temperature. Roll it out with a rolling pin into a rectangular shape, on a surface sprinkled with a little flour.

Cut the dough into long strips (sticks) of equal size. Transfer the sticks to a baking tray lined with baking paper.
