Preparation method
In a medium-sized bowl, mix the cream cheese with the lemon juice. Peel the garlic, crush it, and add it to the cheese mixture. Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Place the 3 tortilla wraps on a work surface and spread the prepared cheese mixture evenly over their entire surface.
Distribute the ham evenly on each tortilla, so that the slices cover as much surface as possible, but without excessive overlapping. Repeat the process with the baby spinach leaves. Important: leave a 1-2 cm margin on one side of each tortilla spread only with cream cheese (without ham or spinach), to help seal the roll.
Chef's tip
For extra texture and color, you can add thin strips of red bell pepper, cucumber, or grated carrot inside the rolls.
